NJDTE TICKETS FAQs
PARKING | Available at the Red Hawk Parking Deck on the MSU campus for $6. **There is extensive construction on campus, so please allow additional time to park and walk to the theater by following the NJDTE “i Balli di Primavera” signs. Parking passes will be sold in the theater lobby at the performance. Please refer to the map below for walking directions to the theater:
ACCESSIBILITY | There is accessible seating for patrons using wheelchairs at the theater, as well as an accessible entrance and restroom inside the auditorium. Please contact Corey Bliss, NJDTE Marketing Associate, at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your ticket reservation. Please refer to the map below for directions to the accessible parking lot and theater entrance. There will be NJDTE “i Balli di Primavera!” signs to guide you as well:
REFUND POLICY | All tickets sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the event of a performance cancellation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and are only valid for the performance for which they are purchased.
TICKETS | You must bring a printed copy of your E-ticket to the performance. Each attendee in your group must have a ticket.
CHILDREN | NJDTE welcomes children and families to enjoy i Balli di Primavera!.Parents should use their discretion based on the maturity level of their children. Children should be at least 4 years of age to attend an NJDTE performance. All attendees must have a ticket.
